Postage:
- UK - All items will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class.
- Everywhere else - All items will be posted by Royal Mail/Parcel Force and will be tracked.
- Please allow 5 working days before dispatch for personalised items.
Returns Policy :
- Personalised products - Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds on personalised items.
- All other products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, however the cost of return postage will remain with the customer
