Moon heart shaped plaque.
Pattern created by Lora Irish and hand burnt by myself onto a heart shaped plaque. The stars are painted with special paint which will glow in the dark after being activated by light. It would make a beautiful set when paired with the sun plaque.
Can be personalised on the reverse with a message, just let me know in the notes section when ordering.
